Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team based in the U.S. In this critical role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data and providing insights that support the strategic direction of our Banking and Payments product portfolios. You will play an essential role in supporting innovation strategies and identifying new market opportunities in the US banking and payments sectors, by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data from various sources within the banking and payments ecosystem.

• Develop Dashboards & Reports: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools to provide insights into key performance metrics for digital banking and payments.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and other teams to ensure that data-driven strategies align with business objectives in digital banking and payment innovations.

• Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze trends in banking, payments, and fintech, providing insights on regulatory changes, digital transformation, and emerging market opportunities.

• Support Digital Transformation Projects: Contribute to key digital transformation projects, such as digital wallets and mobile payments, assisting in their integration into broader strategies.

• Attend Conferences: Represent the company at relevant conferences and events within payments, fintech, B2B payments, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity, sharing insights and developments.

• Presentation & Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, using clear, data-driven narratives to support decision-making for the Banking and Payment vertical.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Economics, Finance, Business, STEM, or other related disciplines.

• Experience in data analysis, and reporting, preferably in the banking, payments, or fintech sectors.

• Knowledge in using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

• Understanding of the banking and payments ecosystems.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Language skills are a plus as we are a multicultural company with global teams and clients.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
