11. Applicable Law
The laws of the Kingdom of Sweden, without regard to its choice of laws provisions, govern all matters arising out of these Terms. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled under the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties. The arbitration shall take place in Stockholm, Sweden, in the English language. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
