Geoff Slagle joins Scytáles as President and Chief Business Development Officer


Scytáles AB, a multinational secure identity solutions specialist company, has appointed Geoff (Geoffrey) Slagle as the new President and Chief Business Development Officer, effective September 7, 2020.


Geoff Slagle is joining Scytáles after a 12-year stint as the Director of Identity Management for the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA). As President and CBDO, Slagle will be in charge of driving the business development of the organization and managing its relationships within the emerging digital identity community. He will work globally while based in Florida.

Geoff Slagle has more than 23 years of management experience. Since 1992, he held various positions of increasing responsibility, starting at the US Departments of State and Defense, where he worked as a program officer, project manager, and analyst. In 1997, Slagle joined AAMVAnet where he served as their first full-time standards professional. In 2000 he assumed an executive position with a Nasdaq traded software developer company as a Vice President. In 2008 he returned to AAMVA where he has been directing the organization’s identity management program and related efforts.
